Soils Report/ Geotechnical Report

Also known as Soils Investigation, Geotechnical Report, or Geotechnical Investigation. The city of county you are building in may require a Soils Report for your building lot. A Soils Report is created by a licensed professional engineer. The report provides foundation design recommendations and site grading specifications for your proposed building or building addition.
